To begin signup, click "become a member" link and fill out the form. A artist coordinator will contact you for screening and crituque your materialand performance to see if you qualify. Once you have qualified your account will be activated and you will become part of the humanharmony.com network.

How do I pay for my event?

How does Human Harmony.com certify its artist's?
We screen all our Members through our certification process, no matter who recommends them or how good their portfolio's look. During the screening process we review their education, work, equipment and references. We make sure that only the most dependable artist's work with us. Many in fact who apply never become part of the humanharmony network. Those that have become members have receive a artist coordinator that will work with you and the artist to insure your musical engagement is outstanding!

How much advance notice is needed to book an artist on Human Harmony.com?
We guarantee that we can perform at your event with seven business days advance notice. However, if you are unable to provide seven business days notice, please call 206-248-2055 and we will do our best to fulfill your request and find the right artist for you.

How can I inform my guests about my upcoming event?
We want to encourage advertising for your event so at no extra charge we allow you to place your event in the venue section of our website.You can then send a link to any of your guests, friends or  relatives.

How can I upload my pictures?
Once you have become a member and your account has been activated you may log in to your account and edit you information in your account profile. Once you are in your profile you will see a link "upload image".
By following the instructions you can browse your computer and upload your file. You may also send your image in email to your account rep and we can then edit it and place it in your profile file for you.

What if I do not know my password?
If you do not have a password you may login and click the forgot my password link. Once you enter your email address, your password will be sent to you via email.

Are my audio files downloaded?
Depending on the type of file you have uploaded they may be downloaded and distributed by other parties. Please see human harmony privacy statement for questions.

How do I remove my picture or change it in my profile?
Once your account has been activated you may log in to your account and edit you information in your account profile. Once you are in your profile you will see a link that says upload image.

What is the difference between a participating member and a preferred member?
Participating members have access to booking and online information only.They also participate in the Performance Plan A-D. Preferred members (our 1st tier membership) get prefencial booking as well as perform at higher bill rate for professional service. These members have been screened extensively and have a professional portfolio that  may also include press releases, album releases, and extensive touring. They get access to special booking considerations as well as future perks such as gifts and free distribution.

What is the Human "Harmony Player of the Day"?
We offer to our members a free advertisement in "Harmony Player of the day". This give our members exclusive site content to showcase their music as well as a chance to be selected for future engagements.

Do I have to give my credit card information over the Internet?
No. You can call our Customer Support department at 206-248-2055 to place phone orders Monday thru Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.  This will accelerate your booking process.

Can I cancel my order once I've placed it?
We process you booking engagement almost immediately after they are placed. This allows us to give you complete customer service as well as give you preference to the artist's you may have selected. Unfortunately, booking orders are difficult to cancel once they have been placed. To speak to someone about canceling an order, please contact your artist coordinator at 206-248-2055 or email booking@HumanHarmony.com.

A performance plan is a booking plan geared specifically for your type of private event. You may alter a plan before your booking engagement and ad special considerations to meet any specific engagement needs.
